my friend used to make house calls in order to fix a number of PC problems on clients machines. he lives in los angeles, and he says that he often has to go to the house of wealthy families where the head of the house (husband) is often at work. the wife, therefore, is the one who is home to supervise.

he said that on several occasions, the wife would try to make sexual advances, and this wasn't specific to any home. he said it happened a lot, and he'd often help her fulfill those needs. he'd get paid "extra" for his services.

i'm not sure whether i should believe this guy, because he's a nutcase as it is, but is it true? has anyone had that happen to them? i'm female, so i need a male's perspective on this. :p i've had PC techs come to my place in the past and i have had no desire to ever get in bed with them :disgust:

Is your friend typical of PC Repairmen? You know, either fat or skinny with zero since of style? If he is then what's to wonder, of course he is full of sh!t

I used to do house calls like that. Never happened to me once. Although once I didnt fix a problem and came back later cause I thought such things were going on. They werent.

I was in pc repair for 10 years and have been told I look like George Clooney. The closest thing to sex I saw frommy in home repairs was a lady's dog trying to hump my leg.

I used to deliver pizzas. I had a guy answer the door in his BVDs once, but that's about it.

He's full of sh1t. First of all, most of the people he's visiting will be elderly. There are so many computer shops around nowadays, most people would just bring their system to a shop.

Second, most women that stays at home during the day has kids.

Third, there are much better repairmen to hit on than PC techs. Wouldn't you rather have a muscled roofer or young pool boy, than a pencil-neck geek?

I did the home repair crap before... and it's crap.

I've been hit on fixing the PC before. She was about 55-60 and a bit of a nutjob, I was 25, didn't go for it. Maybe I should have? She gave me a free bottle of wine anyways...

She lived 2 floors down from me and we would still pass each other pretty often.
