Is this guy crazy?

It says it is buy it now for 449 bucks. That does not mean that 449 is the reserve price(reserve price is hidden), that just means whenever someone bid 449 for the monitor that they won it..and the auction ends then...doesn't have to wait until the time runs out. Theoretically if the reserve was only 200, you could win it at 200 if no one else outbid you by the time limit on the auction.
