Is this guy a bad person for what he did?

I know somebody on the forums...I don't want to give a name. So lets call this person Kami. He was with a friend and his friend had somehow gotten a movie that had not even reached theaters yet. Being an honorable person of course "Kami" didn't want to have any part on this. Is his friend bad? Did he really cause any harm? He wasn't hurting anybody afterall...

Must be Jason X...already seen it. Not great, but not too bad if you take it for what it is. Nothing like the classics, Friday the 13th Parts2-5. When I was in college, a couple of friends and I would get together and watch as many of these flicks as we could on every Friday 13th
