Is this good for RC5 or ?

I'm wondering if crunching speed is desirable for RC5, I think I seen some where that its better if they take longer than 3 mins to complete a WU? Not sure if its a WU or not, seemed the right thing to call it. LOL I just started RC5 last night, and haven't a clue of how fast its supposed to run. Below is a copy/paste of the window.

That is speed equal of AMD Athlon XP1500 or XP1600 I think.

I have dual XP1700 which does about 10.31Mk/s when idle.
