If you are correct, then this is totally misleading consumers with how they presented this software on Onvia. If you check out the website, it looks like they are selling Win2k OS upgrade.

The part # is for "Win Pro 2000 Multilanguage Upgrade CD" as stated before. I don't think this is the actual Upgrade CD, unless they put in the wrong part# and an incredibly low price. Misleading true, but I'm sure they did it on accident. Be careful with this one!

I did a couple of searches on the product ID, Micorsoft page doesnt have it. A google search had many places with that product id, it appears to mainly sold outside of the US and is a "multilingual" version. I hope "english" is one of them.
