The text doesnt bend on the folds. Its just text put onto a Stanford stationary.

Aside from that, you'll notice the text on top before the fold and on bottom after the second fold are a bit blurred on the edges, while the text in the middle is nice and crisp. The letterhead itself is most likely real, but the message has been 'shopped, no doubt.

you can even see the change in grain of paper along the right hand edge of the paper.
