Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1 is interesting.
It will do 300fps at 512x384 and 600fps at 432x192.

Normal video is 29.97 fps. If you slow down the video from a normal video camera you see huge gaps. If one speeds up the frame rate and plays back the recorded video at 29.97 fps you see smooth video with slow motion. Increase the ratio to high levels - say 5000 fps and playback at 100fps and you will see really strange looking things that are missed in everyday occurrences. Neat stuff!
