I currently have a SilverStone ST75F-P 750W PSU. I'm looking to switch to a SilverStone ST45SF 450W SFX PSU because of a space issue with my H50.
Is 450W enough for my system?

I usually run BOINC (at least 4 projects at a time) on my PC so CPU utilization is at 100% on all cores / threads most of the day.
Is 450W enough for my system?
