Is this damaged?

Hey guys,

I just bought a leather jacket and noticed the following marks on it after I got home. I have outlined them in red... the red color is from photoshop not on the jacket.

It looks like the buckles that are visible in the picture were compressed into the leather.

Has this permanently damaged the leather? Is this considered defective merchandise?

I want to exchange it if so.

Alternatively, can I remove the marks?

Thanks

Not an expert but it just looks like something was pressed against it for a while, it should loosen up after wearing it no?

You would probably get similar marks if you sat on it for a while.

I just pictured that pic of a boobie and hand prints on that car's hood, but in leather.

Thanks for the response. I hope that you're right.

Does anyone else have any idea if this product is damaged or if it'll just go away?

The jacket is not damaged. The marks are simply impressions in the soft leather. Normal wear or, crumpling the areas by hand will make them go away.

How am I crying?

I'm just asking a question about a topic which I am not knowledgeable about.

He's just still mad that his Xbox 360 box had winter clothes in it.

And that the only leather he gets is a midget wearing some that makes him do things he can't discuss.

Thanks for the response. I will try that.
