approx used value is about $340 + OS

Is it a good price? No. System is too low end to justify spending nearly $400 when you can build a much faster system for not much more.

I personally would never buy that system for $380. MAYBE $250 IF and only if I was looking for something for everyday use such as word processing, internet use, maybe older generation light gaming, etc....

Take your 380 bucks and move along to the FS/FT side. You can get amazing deals from there since you're already looking to buy a used pc.
