Is this computer worth it?

q6600, 7gb ddr2 ram, 250gb hdd, geforce 9500gt. Iknow hdd and video card will have to be upgraded but is the 7gb and q6600 with 22" monitor worth about 350 bucks?
 
My budget is about 600 bucks and that eats about 350 of it. What would be a good card for this computer. I'd like to game at 1920x1200. I play alot of WoW and SC2.
 
it's decent if you want a native quad core. otherwise, you'd be better off moving to a i3 or i5. any i3 or i5 will be at least as good as the q6600 in none-threaded tasks.
