PC is probably fine, but why not a recertified 10400 Acer rig with SSD for $389 (or less with coupon) on ebay? (Think I paid $330 for something similar, different chassis "look" in front, but it was also an Acer?)

Asking now, putting cart before the horse.

Your main issue is probably going to be the eventual failure of the either proprietary or at least sub-ATX (mTFX?) form factor PSU, and that making it even less suitable for any kind of video (card addition) upgrade later... not that you necessarily need one for surfing and streaming.

Like VL, i too would sooner get a recertified or manufacturer refurbished instead, one with full sized case, psu, and mobo (or at least mATX).

That Acer will probably last past the warranty so it's not Acer customer service you need as much as luck finding working pulls later to DIY any repairs.

Define fine. Since you already received it, could be less hassle to keep than your other options at this point, unless it's still "new", unopened and can be returned on their dime (they're paying shipping). I am not current on their (Amazon since you linked to it there?) return policies for something like this so YMMV.

I don't know your ability to repair or upgrade, etc. I would already have a case and PSU I could build upon to do an upgrade and buy with standard parts so that is possible in the future, unless you have prepurposing plans for it as a whole system later.

It's too broad a topic to cover in a few forum posts. I wouldn't worry as much about it being acer as about it being a sub-sized and probably proprietary system, same as choosing that from a different OEM.

I've never repaired or upgraded a computer.

I saw that this computer was considered the best budget computer on some sites (Well, the UA91 model was, but I figured that the UA92 model would be even better), and I saw that it had the Amazon's Choice label.

OK, here's my old computer: Links removed
How much more powerful is my current one?

Removed links. If you want to add links for people to see specific models,
link directly to them (and don't link them using services such as disq.us/url).

I've heard this computer uses a proprietary PSU, which can't be replaced easily.

Should I be worried about the power supply?
