Is this combo from NewEgg good?

I wonder if the Motherboard is any good. The cpu is definitely worth the get but I just want to know what you guys think of this combo. Is it worth the 60 dollar saved or should I just go for a better mobo?

It's fantastic, that mobos pretty decent, plus you get farcry for free!

A good deal if you don't overclock. The mobo is about $36 more than the cpu alone.

Mobo doesn't overclock well or doesn't support overclocking?

There's no agp/pci lock on most via chipset boards for athlon 64, limiting your overclock.

This is a very sweet deal nonetheless. It's like getting a socket 754 mobo and Farcry for $25.
