is this caused in the parking lot or during car wash

I parked my car in a parking lot this morning for 3 hrs then I drove it to kaady for car washing. When I came out of the car after car washing, I just found the new scraching. Is it caused by kaady or from the parking lot?

If the car wash did that I bet you would have heard it scratching your car. My bet is someone did it in the parking lot.

They're not gonna compensate you anything. Usually if you see the ticket it'll say they're not responsible for damages to your car.. blah blah blah~~~

Just saw where you go, am not surprised that happened there. Good luck getting someone to accept responsibility.
