Is this board ok?

Pretty sure H67 doesn't support IB only P67/Z68 and you need a bios update which is down to the manufacturer. Asus for example have announced exactly which boards will be compatible once IB drops.

Do you mean the older socket 1156 cpus? These are a completely different socket even though they are still called I3/I5 etc and will not fit in any 1155 mobos
 
I'm talking about the intel pentium sandy bridges like the dual core G850.

It says the board supports i3/i5/i7.

I should not of said older, I mean the lower-end socket 1155s.

you can also go to the board/manu site and see what cpus have been tested (pentium, xeon..)

You sure about that? Everything I've read says IB is compatible with all chipsets/motherboards that support SB, albeit with a BIOS upgrade. I've seen nothing to suggest that IB's support on current SB chipsets/motherboards is limited to just the P67/Z68 series.
