is this board conroe compatable ??

intel D915GAG its currently sporting a P4 2.66Ghz CPU and i was wondering if it will take conroe, i have to admit to knowing nothing about intel as i am an AMD fan myself, but im trying to help a friend out.
 
Im pretty sure the 945, 965 and 975 intel chip sets are the only ones that can support it. however I am not sure, check for bios updates for the board and see if any mention core 2 compatibility.
