Is this bicyclist a douche?

so this dude with speedos (automatic douche) was riding his bicycle on a 35 MPH busy street (2 lanes, 1 way each). Normally i don't care and wait for traffic to move and then pass, but this guy had a child carrier (like below) attached with 2 little kids in it! the kids were probably < 4 years old, no helmet. Obviously he doesn't care about the well being of his children since no sane adult would put their kids at that risk.

i was half-tempted to scream at him, but i refrained. so what says you. douche or not?

I'd bet the number of kids killed in the backseat of cars (percentage not whole number) is greater than those killed in bike accidents.

I haven't read the OP, but the title is redundant. All bicyclists are douches. So yes, he is by default a douche.

Though I wouldn't trust moron drivers enough to do something like that even with a bike lane.
