A g400, you might have cause to be concerned! But if it was, say, a VooDoo5 6K that you were about to auction and you melted it (completely) with inadequate cooling, I would be more concerned about the card.

Your reaction to a dead card vs. 9-11 might be similar to others in AT, so who knows?
