Don't worry people, the OP itself will be in cliffs:
1. Had known this girl back in HS- not too close, we hung around several times then.
2. We met up recently (Both of us are fresh out of college, making the dough). I remember sort of being turned off because: A- she got really obese, B- her personality just turned me off- using profanity, etc... something just wasn't right.
3. Weeks later she asks me to be her date for her sister's wedding. I declined saying I was busy with traveling.
4. I talked to my friend about this situation. He says, "Go enjoy yourself- free food, free booze, get to meet potentially hot other bridesmaids." He made a good point.
5. Just today, she asks me again if she needs a date. This time I said yes.
For some reason I feel bad. There is no valid reason to, really. I'm not a fake person at all. And it feels like I'm fake because I'm going not because of her. Damn me for my straight-as-arrow personality...
