Let's say someone uploads something and you see it on the Last 25 page. The uploader hasn't posted a link to the pic yet.

Is it bad netiquette to post a link before the original uploader does?
 
IMO, if the pic is there for at least an hour and has not been posted, it is to be considered fair game for someone else to link to it.

Who cares? The original poster will still get all the views and it will climb the recent ranks quickly.
