Is this athlon xp 2500 unlocked?

Just aquired the following cpu, does anyone know if it's unlocked? thanks

Yep, I am pretty sure that chip is unlocked. The 0307 indicates the chip was made during production week 7 in the year 2003. Since AMD didn't start locking the majority of Bartons until around week 39, I'd say you're good to go.

and suposubly the ones made after week 50 are unlocked too but thats just a rumore from the few that have got them

The cpu is very stable at 200 FSB but I can't get it to run using a multiplier of 11. However 10.5 works fine and it's completed my testing and didn't crash once, it's temp of 45c at max load is also pretty good too!
