Is this an ok score for 3dmark2001se with my new computer?

Ok my specs:

Asus p4s333
P4 northwood 1.6a
512ddr mushkin basic ram
visiontek geforce 4 ti4600 w/ 27.42 drivers
Windows Me

Everything left at default i get 8449 with no o'c on my northwood, with o'c on my northwood to 2.133 i get a score of 9799.
Anyone know anything i might be able to do to make it go futher?
 
That's a terrible score... damn.. I've never seen one so low. I suggest you go out and buy a new computer to get a higher score.



.. but seriously.. OCing is probably the easiest way
 
i think i might have put my ram in slot 3 instead of one, anyone else with this mobo tell me is slot one the one thats clost to the cpu or futherest? i got my ram stick in the one thats the futherest.
 
Seems ok to me. It could be a little higher. Thank god for OCing. But do us all a favor and rid of windows me. 98se, 2k, xp whatever, but for all that is good, get rid of ME!

well i have winXP corprate full edition i got from a friend but i don't like it, and with 98 i can't figure out how to set up my dial up connection stuff.

The slot closest to the CPU is slot 1. 🙂

How about look on the PCB for 1 2 and 3 ? 😉
 
I get a tad under 9500 with a GF4 Ti4400 on an AthlonXP 1700, so your scores are probably about right. You might want to try the newest official reference drivers from nvidia.com or the newest leaked betas.
