Is this all compatible?

How does that look? Will they all work together?

What is thi even going to be used for? You would probably be better off getting a motherboard with onboard video. Get a Biostar TForce6100-754. Also, you are overclocking?

Mushkin PC3200 Dual Channel 1GB 2X512MB DDR400 CL3-3-3-7 184PIN Memory Kit

Better?

EDIT : This is only for light gaming (diablo II) but I'd like to leave overclocking open for the future, so I decided to go with this.

Socket 754 doesn't even support dual-channel so it may be best to just get a single 1GB stick. It's something to think about.

Thanks for the help. 🙂

I know this build is weird, I've never put one together before, as you can tell.

But just to be sure, as it stands, everything should work, and the system should perform OK for regular use?

Go with the Biostar board I recommended. I am using a Sempron 64 2800+ with it right now and it is great. Also, the onboard video would be better then that 9250. Also, that PSU you chose is crap. Get something like a Fortron AX400-PN.

See, this is what I hate. Every time I pick something; it's wrong. Every time someone else picks something, it's either incompatable or someone else says it's wrong. I've never been able to get a solid build.

I've never been able to get a solid build.

That's what we are here for. If you take my suggestions I think everybody will agree it is a solid build. Some people may prefer something else, but they wouldn't say its "wrong."

This is what I would suggest:

AMD Sempron 64 2800+
Biostar TForce6100-754
Corsair Value Select 1GB
Fortron AX400-PN

the psu with the case, despite possibly being crap, is still more than your system needs,

as for the motherboard & its onboard video, im not aware of a suitable comparison

The motherboard is a fantastic overclocker. Just look at some of the reviews. I have my Sempron 2800+ running @ 2.2Ghz right now with it.
