Is this a voltage issue? Keyboard works only in W98, not W2k! HELP!

Try restoring BIOS defaults; see if there's a setting that sais assign IRQ to USB; but it looks like your MB is fried.

Is the BIOS set for a USB keyboard? On my computer that disables the PS2, but on my friend's the PS2 still works except when he uses certain USB devices.

I know the mobo is fried. But is it PS fault?
Also, how can I access the NTFS partition from Win98?
