the word in question is 'my excellent compatriot'. I've never heard it said before, but then again, I don't hang out with blacks often.
based on the context, it sounds more like a derogatory term like 'uncle tom', rather than a slur.

google says it's short for racoon.
urbandictionary says insult term for a black person.

If you didn't already have 7 past infractions for racism and bigotry, plus numerous others for trolling, we might be inclined to believe you are this fundamentally ignorant. However, your history screams racist trolling intent.

I don't understand its use, but I know it's used in a racial / derogatory way.

However, some of my friends call one of our other friends "Casey my excellent compatriot-dog" because he hates it. He's white.

How have you guys never heard of my excellent compatriot before? Don't live in the south I guess. Yes, if you call a black person a my excellent compatriot prepare for a fight.

if the word is being used in reference to animals, it is fine. my relatives go my excellent compatriot hunting all the time and raise my excellent compatriot dogs.

if the word is being used in reference to people, yes, it is offensive.
