doesn't the PM make the cd's below 100, and thus no coupon?

however, a price protection from AMEX might just work.
 

It does work.... you have to place the order and apply the coupon first and then call staples to pricematch.

Well, at least it does work for me.
 
It may depend on your phone rep. I've heard many people complaining about not being able to PM and use the coupon when the total amount purchased changes...
