Is this a good TV Tuner Card?

I'm looking for a TV Tuner card and I want to make sure I get a good one, which is the best one? I'm currently interested in these.

I have a plain old WinTV-pci and it's been working great for a year. I say go for the VoodooTV 200 because it has one kickass feature: recording radio to MP3.

I have been using the ATI All in Wonder for 2 yrs and never have had a problem. Very good res up to half screen. Full screen is a little grainy.

However, there's been some negative comments about image quality.
The ATI TV Wonder has excellent TV image quality & is less expensive, but without FM radio feature.
The recently released Win2000 drivers work great.

I have a regular wintv. Its ok, rather featureless though. I only paid $50, If I could choose again I would buy the premium one..

I have the ATi TV-Wonder and it works great. I had some troubles with Win2k drivers, but they were in beta when I used them, I think they've got a full release now.

Personally I'd go for the VoodooTV200 now though.

Edit: a tip, if you are splitting a cable line, make sure you use a good quality splitter.
When I hook the cable directly to the TV-wonder it looks great. When I run it through the splitter some channels are a bit fuzzy..
Some channels look fine to, but not all..so use a good splitter (if you are splitting)
