Is this a good temp for my cpu?

I have a Cooler Master hyper 212 plus and the cpu im running is the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE.

On HW monitor it says my cpu temps are at 26 min, and 31 max.

Are these temp readings bad, average, or very good?

Those temps are really good. 5C difference between idle and load is pretty impressive. Compare that the human body is 37C and your load temps is 31C that means that your processor runs cooler than you. Maybe you could add a heatsink to yourself as well

If those are temperatures at full CPU load, that's unbelievably good as God Mode stated. Something is likely not reporting correctly.

Is the 31C while running something like Prime 95, OCCT, etc.? Or just your maximum temperature at idle while staring at HWmonitor? (A range 26-31C at idle is still quite good.)

sorry these were just readings at idle-mid usage. I'm running prime 95 fft's test right now, i'll let you know the readings after a couple of hours.

26C is about room temperature, and 42C at full lload is very cool. If these temps are true, turn your fans down and enjoy a little less fan noise. There is zero reason to cool a CPU that well.
