Is this a good setup?

I'd like to know if this configuration is worth $562.00.

MSI MS-6330 K7T KT-133 Socket-A ATX
AMD Duron 750 MHz with Global Win FMP008
PC-133 128MB 16x64 SDRAM 168PIN 8ns
Creative Sound Blaster LIVE value 256 PCI
Matrox MILLENIUM G400 32MB DUALHEAD AGP

This setup is for a friend who mainly programs, but occasionally plays games. Is the Matrox G400 a good choice for a graphics card? Or should I go with something else?

I'd also like to keep this setup below $600.00. So if you make a suggestion, please keep that price in mind. Thanks.

I would go with this set-up, that is just as stable:

Abit KT7
AMD Duron 750 MHz with Tai Sol
PC-133 128 Mb - Crucial RAM
Creative Sound Blaster LIVE Vauly

The Matrox is a good card, although, have you though of a Radeon or a GeForce 2 MX

The MSI is the better choice for you. Its cheaper, and all the Abit has over it is its easier to OC cause its done in BIOS. But MSI is a very good board also.

you might wanna look on Egay for a geforce 2, my cousin got a geforce 2 GTS 32mb for 125 shipped.....so u might even get a geforce 2 mx very cheaper
