All decent PSUs run at their certain wattage continuously. I don't trust ULTRA at all. they are some shit 😛

And again I tell you, your mb is not designed to handle more than 1 PSU. Do not use more than 1 PSU or you will cause crosstalk, probably corrupting your memory/hdd.
