If it s DIY I could probably do the same but add an Audigy 2.
If its from a dealer (Alienware or VooDoo) thats an AWESOME deal.

I just put a config together with those parts at newegg and it was
$2,153.69 shipped with 1 6800gt
$2,556.69 shipped with 2 6800gt

My biggest issues with the build is the FX-55. I think it's a really bad idea in general.
