Sorry, I tried to post this and the forum died....

I have a '95 Nissan Altima purcahsed at 38K now at 77K. No problems except the passenger window switch which still works from the driver's side. Other than that regular oil changes and one tire makes me wish I wouldn't have bought into the 3yr warranty. At 41K I would guess that you would prolly get a good 100K more miles out of it and the $9500 is worth it. I paid $8300 for mine.

Just my Opinion.

It's a good, solid, reliable car. Price seems a bit high IMHO. If you could get donw to $9000 I would hop on it assuming it had a clear title and had been maintained well.

Uhm ..

2000 Altima Gxe 55,000 miles. The problem with the Altimas is the driver side window stops going down and it is a $80 part fix. Has lots of torque and you hear the engine most of the time. Lots of rattles. Cheap interior material (tons of plastic even plastic wood). The car is good to go, but for $9,000 why not buy a 4th gen maxima?
Overall it is a good car, fun to drive but I do end up flooring it a lot. Other than the window there is nothing else wrong.
