Well some people sit laying their back against the chair, some sit upright with there back not on the back of the chair, some sit real low with their feet extending out a lot, etc.

When i'm gaming, i'm more likely to sit upright... but just browsing, with my back against the chair. Feet is usually on my UPS which is under my desk... unless my cat is under there, inwhich case my feet is under my cat.

I know its not the best out there but is it any good? Does anyone own it?
I used to have one. It's decent, but the cushion gets worn quickly. I like the high back for taking naps. Does Office Depot still sell the Russell Executive Mesh Chair? It's the $100 knock-off version of the Aeron--very good deal if you can find it.

Are you talking about this one? This one?
I think I sat in it because when I went to office depot today I remember the same $99.99 price tag the only thing I didn't like about it really is the back of the chair does move upright because I have a habit to sit upright all the time when using my pc. I think its a habit or maybe its my eyes I don't know. Though I do sit up a lot without even knowing it. As I type on my keyboard or use my mouse.

Another thing I don't like is no neck or head support :(
No, but the back and seat bottom are the same. The one I'm talking about is fully 'adjustable' and has a high back with head pillow. I guess OD stopped selling them.

See thats my problem my back starts to hurt because I sit upright without any back support.

All chairs should have their backs lift upward or downward to your liking. Right now as we speak my back hurts because I am sitting upright.

My shoulders do hurt somewhat as well but how do I force myself to not sit like that? I can't help it :( Its a habit I think.

Well i sit like that now, and it doesn't hurt any longer. I think it's because of the way the seat is.

Aeron

How long have you had it for and does it support your neck and head if you lead back your whole body?

About 6 years now, and still looks brand new. It supports the back, but not the neck. It's a task chair.

I think I may have a problem then :(

My neck sometimes starts to hit if I can't lead it on anything :(

Though it doesn't hurt all the time.

But the way the ergonomics is on the chair, it wouldnt' be comfortable even if there was a head rest.

No, i'm saying that you don't need to lean your head back on the chair. Why would you want to if you were gaming or reading? Only time you need to is when you're lounging around, and this is a task chair, not something to sleep in.

That's almost identical to the chair I'm using now. They last a year or two before becoming uncomfortable. If you can get the chair for cheaper, I'd say go for it but no way for $100.
