Im a web dveloper who sit in this chair from morning untill I sleep. Recently, I started to get a back pain. I know im too young to have them. Can It be due to this chair? Its a small chair. Doesn't extend upto my shoulders. Is it a good choice or do I need to change to a larger chair (Which extend upto my shoulders) soon?

If you're having pain in it get a different one. I personally like taller chairs that I can lean into.

That's something like I have at work. It's pretty uncomfortable after a while. I find myself stretching a lot because of minor pain. There is no way they are getting us new chairs.

At home I have a tall chair with a back that I can lean on. I don't sit fully in it because its on an incline and too wide but comfy. It's beat to shit and I should get another.

If you're getting back pain then I suggest you get a standing desk. Back problems solved. buy a bar stool for when you need to take a load off for a few minutes.

Do you exercise regularly? Do you maintain a healthy eating habit? Back pain could be an indicator of unhealthy lifestyle, not necessarily a bad chair.

Good suggestions above. Try working in a standing position and take walks in uneven terrain to exercise the balancing muscles along your spine.

meh I don't know how people can work standing, my feet get all itchy, but I have low blood pressure.

Anyway that chair looks unhealthy as hell. Get something with lumbar support and a high back.

Also no chair is going to fix bad posture (it's critical that you learn to sit properly if you're on the computer all day, check the images around the web to get an idea) and lack of exercise (this is a must unless you want this to get worse).
