Is this a good choice for updating my system?

I'm more than competent at building my own systems, but frankly, I don't feel like sorting through all the motherboard/cpu/ram combinations out there, as it has been a few years since I've built one. I want to upgrade my system, as my current celeron 1.5/soyo7vba133u is exhibiting signs of dying. My needs are modest; no gaming, just a music server and internet. I have functional cd/dvd drives, hard drives, video card, and case. I just want a new MB, CPU, and RAM. I came up with this at newegg:

ASUS A7V880 Socket A (Socket 462) VIA KT880 ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Sempron 2300+ Thoroughbred 333MHz FSB Socket A Processor Model SDA2300BOX

GeIL Value 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory Model GE512PC3200B

for a total of $179.31 before shipping. Can I do better for the money? Also, how big of a power supply will I need for this combination? Thanks!

I don't know how you can do much better than that for the money :)

Based on the number and type of pci cards, hard drives and optical drives that will be zapping juice but I wouldn't go with anything LESS than a GOOD 300W + P/S like this EXCELLENT ENERMAX P/S here at Newegg It sells for $45 delivered. I've used a lot of Enermax P/S and they are STABLE and RELIABLE. The "S" in the SFMA stands for "Smart" - it is a feature where the P/S checks its own temperature and will keep it's fan running even after you shut off your PC if the power supply needs further cooling; The fan will stop when the P/S has reached a sufficiently cool temperature. That's a really neat feature.
