Looks like the Transformer logo on the front. Also looks like there's a 120mm fan behind it (the bigger the fan the better, btw - standard is 80mm). I'm sure the psu is crap for that price - you just can't get quality psus for that price. People spend more than the cost of that whole case just for a good psu (I did). Problem with crap psus is they don't supply the wattage they say they do, and the voltage rails will be out - this can damage parts in your system (or at least reduce their life expectancy). As such, you should always start with looking at getting a good psu (Antec, Fortran, PC&C, Zalman, and a select few others), which case you get only needs to depend on how much you've got left...
