Reference cooler as the majority.

3 years warranty.

I haven't really heard any complaints from PNY card owners in a while, so I'm tending to think they may have fixed most of the issues people were having with their cards. Still, at $160, that is holy jebus hot. Who needs to buy a 6600GT now?
