Is this a good benchmark score for my HD?

This is the first time i've used RAID and was wondering if this is a good benchmark score since I don't know what a single 7200rpm hard drive would score.

Here are the hard drive specs. They're pretty old I guess? 160gb Western Digital

Depends on the HDDs, RAID controller and what RAID level you are using. Newer drives will bench at over 150MB/s by themselves if you have then set up correctly. If you are using some older 500GB drives from 2 or 3 years ago and have this set up as a RAID 0, then I would be pretty satisfied.

They're pretty old (i guess?) 160gb western digital SATA 3.0Gb/s

Yeah, I'd definitely be happy with that. Make sure you back up anything important. Old drives + RAID 0 = potential crash.
