is this a good 20 inch monitor?

Looks like a TN.

Not a true 8bit Panel. It's 6bit + 2x2 dither, 16.2m colors.

Slow response time for a TN, clocking in at <24ms measured.

Poor viewing angles. 160* horizontal + vertical.

HDCP compliant.

Supposedly uniform screen.

I dont know, I wouldnt get it.

Well, looks like it's still a TN, but with a 3000:1 DCR and a faster rated response time.

I dont think you'd be disappointed wiht the 206BW.
 
i think theres a huge thread about the 206BW on hardforums. from what i remember, its gotten pretty decent reviews from those that bought it, but theres also some kind of panel lottery with that model too i believe. some have gotten different panels from others.
