For a system with i7-4790K, R9 390 graphics, soundcard/SSD/HD:

Seasonic M12 II EVO 620W, rated Bronze 80, years old but unused.

Tom's Hardware answered in a few minutes that it's a good PS for the system.

It's a very good power supply and is compatible with the sleep states of the CPU , the S12 series isn't. great choice.
