Do not use cool n quiet with overclocking this leads to issues
on the dual core chips most will use 1.55v max on high end air, higher if water or phase change cooling
I prefer to stay around 1.5v...there have been no reported issues that plaqued Northwoods with xs vcore on the A64, Opteron, X2 chips
1.45v is only the max if that is right for you..any increased vcore over stock has some risk...10% or less increase should do little to lifespan of the chip..15% should be safe but will likely lead to some reduced lifespan
max I use with air cooling is 15%...1.55v
you just need to decide what is ok with you...nobody really knows..but the engineers will tell, if you increase the vcore you will reduce the lifespan
increased vcore and increased temps is a double whammy....
even low vcore and high temps is not good
Always rememberOCing is YMMV and at your own risk
