Is there way to create shortcut on desktop to change system font sizes

We recently installed a large plasma monitor in our office conference room. Only problem is that the fonts for programs are rather small when using the standard size font. To fix this we go into Display Properties and choose Appearance and change the font under the Font Size pull down. When we are running classes on software training we change the fonts to Large so that people can see the programs icons, buttons, ect. When we are using the monitor to show a program's content (ie, powerpoint, images, ect) we change to fonts to small to maximize the working area on the monitor.

Is there a way to create two shortcuts on the desktop that will change the font without having to go into the Display Properties? Many in our office get lost fumbling through all those menues and optoins.

Thanks

hmm...i see what you are talking about, but i see no way of doing this...unless you get some windows customization program(s) like the object desktop suite or something.
