Is there such thing as Infineon CAS2 DDR PC2100 256MB?

I dont know about 256 , but I have 512MB infineon DDR266 cl2.
I'm quite happy with it , according to infineon that memory is guarrantied to run at 133MHz cas2 and up to 143MHz cas2.5.
