I know that heat isn't good for computers, even more so if you are oc'ing. Which I have just started checking out. Is there a point when it can be running too cold? Right now as I'm posting this, cpu is 25C & the mobo is 24C.

You either live in Alaska or you have something else cooling that CPU ;)
Too cold isn't an issue but some methods of cooling can cause condensation which would be bad.

Yes there is such a point, it's zero Kelvin. But it is impossible to reach that point, so don't worry about it. Even with liquid Nitrogen too cold is not an issue.

Alaska is too cold for me. Just the fans listed in my specs. It's around 45 - 55F outside & the window in this room is open. My comp faces the window is only about 6' from it.

cold is good for computers. its obvious to know when it gets too cold, which is when it doesnt even run or post. i wish i had a vapochill setup where i can get -10 degreec celcius or colder. :)

Worry more about other factors like humidity/condensation and dust from outside than the temp itself. Cold is good for all your parts, but the other things outside may not be.

It's not the cold that hurts. It's the differance of tempatures that cause the problem, which is condensation. As long as you don't go much colder than room temp, what ever that is, you'll be alright.

Cold is the friend of electrical things..like chips

Cold is the enemy of mechanical things...like hard drives
