Is there such a thing as an internal usb y cable?

I have purchased a mitsumi floppy and 7/1 reader combo. It takes the normal floppy cable but it also requires an internal usb connection which my board has two but I need one for two front usbs and two back usbs besides the built in ones I have. I hate to give up any usb ports if possible. Are there any internal y connectors that would solve this problem?
 
I've never seen such an item (doesn't mean it doesn't exist though)
If you need more usb ports, small self powered hubs are really quite cheap
