Is there such a thing as a dedicated LAN-LAN router?

I want a hardware solution strictly to separate two LANs. A router that comes with 2 fast ethernet interfaces. I have been using a PC up to this point (with 2 NICs) and want to get something more streamline. I've considered a firewall but there's no need for it and any router that comes with a WAN interface would probably be a waste of money since I won't use the WAN interface. Looking for anything under 1K. Please let me know if you find any. Searching only turned up a bunch of Wireless LAN Routers. Tx.

If 1k is your buget then you have quite a few options. You could go with used cisco stuff off ebay. Get a cheap router and switch and set up some vlans.
