Is there such a device such as a miniature equalizer or preamp?

Id like to add bass & treble controls to my sound bar. I have the audio out on my Panasonic plasma going straight to the sound bar. Id like to adjust the bass & treble & was wondering if there was a device such as a miniature eq or preamp with a set of rca inputs/outputs? Something small & unobtrusive.

Thanks

I think this is probably the best bet. You could probably zip-tie it behind the television. Radio Shack wall-warts are easy to splice as 12v power sources (good for cooling fans, too).
