Is there something wrong with heatware?

Hope this is the right forum. I've been trying to register for heatware for a couple weeks now. I've tried 2 different usernames and email address and email their support people, but I haven't got an activation email yet. Anyone having similar problems?

I've had problems, too. Been trying to get into my account and email support at heatware.com has resulted in nada.

I think he changed hosts, maybe he is having problems with the new one.

I had problem too but it's now resolved. I think he's just busy so if you email for your support@heatware.com, give them about 24-48 hrs to respond.

I think he went with a host for which I don't really have a lot of faith in but I could be wrong.

Anyhow Heatware.com works for me as of right now.
