After browsing about 6 web sites for the local high end audio/video stores around here. I came to the conclusion that there must be some law, if you do ultra high end A/V. Then you're web site has to be the worst designed peice of crap possible.

I'm looking at stores that sell $10,000 speakers, and the web site reminds me of something I use to see on Geocities 5 years ago, rediclious.

animated gifs and poorly used tables, with images that have background that don't match the web sites background don't scream "high end" to me 🙂

THey're too good for the internet. They're too good for computers. THey're too for you. That's the feeling I always got from those places anyways. Go in there and mention any brand they don't carry, it must be garbage. Fie on them all. FIE.

Could possibly be a new business venture. contact them and offer to design a website for new speakers.

My ex-husband does hi end av. He's always talking about the web site redesign he's GOING to do, when he has some spare time 😀 . Of course, it's going to be state of the art.

Hey, it takes alot of time and effort to make hyper platinum plated copper cables with 0.01" strands that in a double blind tests are undecernable from flat ribbon cable that costs $0.10/foot. They can't go around making webpages!
