I see new boss, community managers, assistant community managers, administrators, forum directors, moderators, super moderators, it's kind of confusing.

The thing you have to remember is that every title means its opposite. Ex: Lifers have no life. No Lifers do have a life - this place. Community managers aren't really a part of the community and they don't seem to manage anything. Diamond members do not in fact shine bright, nor are they forever.
